All areas of development are thoughtfully supported, helping children build strong foundations in early literacy, math, problem-solving, social skills, confidence, and kindergarten readiness.

At theChapel Academy VPK, we use The Creative Curriculum along with the Florida Early Learning Standards as the foundation of our program. Through hands-on, child-centered learning and meaningful everyday experiences, children build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

We also intentionally integrate faith into our curriculum through daily experiences, Bible stories, and Christian values that help children grow in character and faith.

Our goal is for every child to leave our program confident, prepared, and ready for kindergarten—academically prepared and spiritually supported.

Themed Activities

Each month, your child explores a new theme designed to spark curiosity and make learning meaningful. Teachers create hands-on activities, games, and projects that help children connect what they’re learning to the world around them in a fun and engaging way.

Circle Time

Circle Time brings the class together to learn and connect. Children are introduced to letters, sounds, numbers, shapes, and calendar concepts like days, months, and weather. This time also includes age-appropriate Bible lessons that help children build faith, character, and a strong foundation for life.

Learning Centers

Learning Centers give children the freedom to choose activities based on their interests. Through play, they explore, create, and problem-solve while building important skills. Each center is designed to support social, emotional, physical, and learning development.

Music & Creative Movement

Children express themselves through music, movement, and creativity. Singing, dancing, using instruments, and acting out stories help build confidence, coordination, and a love for learning in a high-energy and fun environment.

Movement & Motor Skills

Your child will stay active while developing coordination and strength. Activities like running, jumping, cutting, coloring, and hands-on projects help build both gross and fine motor skills in a natural and enjoyable way.

Math & Problem Solving

Math is introduced in a fun and engaging way through games, hands-on materials, and interactive learning. Children explore counting, patterns, sorting, shapes, and early problem-solving skills while building a strong foundation for future learning.

Enrichment & Faith

We intentionally make faith part of everyday moments. Through Bible lessons, prayer, and daily interactions, children learn about God in ways that are simple, clear, and meaningful to them.
